We just wanted to thank you for spending time with us to create a design to make my ring into something even more special for our 25th Anniversary. It was nice to come back and receive the wonderful, friendly service we had received 12 years ago. We tell everyone about your service and encourage people to visit your store as you make everyone that walks in feel special and at home. It was so nice visiting with you and hearing about your mom and your family and seeing the new additions to the store. We never feel pressured when we come in. It’s like visiting an old friend.

We are excited to see the design you created for my ring. We know it will be as” awesome” as the first design. Paul also looks forward to finally wearing his dad’s band. He was very close to his dad and misses him immensely. It will be so special to finally be able to have a symbol of his dad with him at all times.

Maybe now that the kids are almost finished school, we may be able to frequent your store more often and start treating ourselves.

Congratulations on your “Brand” opening. Sorry we didn’t make it down, but we certainly heard the ads and have been spreading the word in our area for people to go down and check it out.
