I just wanted to express my gratitude and recognize Shane and Yvonne for their excellent service. I ordered a ring on July 9th and Shane said he would have it in 2 weeks. Shane then realized a week later it was back ordered. Shane contacted me to explain and I shared with him it was important I get it by August 8th.

Shane felt confident we would have it by then. Friday August 1st, I recieved a call from Yvonne saying my ring was in and asked how I would like to recieve it. I asked if she could send it to NS express post so I would get it by August 8th. Yvonne had a few great suggestions and really understood my needs.

I recieved the ring today and it fits perfectly.

I cant say enough,, THEY WERE GREAT.
