Unfortunately you were not at the store yesterday when we picked up our wedding bands. I wanted to send a personal email to say;

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! You made me think outside of the box and were very patient in trying to make me understand the concept of joining these two spectacular rings. I appreciated your enthusiasm and thought I understood the beauty of it until picking them up.

Words cannot describe how happy I am at your work. You take pride in your workmanship and believe me Jeff..it shows. Your interactions with us from start to finish were superb. You made sure with each and every visit both of us understood the process involved in making our rings so unique.
